Welcome to HIP homeschoolers
We welcome ALL families to join us on our journey as we strive to educate our children and ourselves. We aim to be an open-minded and enriching community, where we come together to make friends, to share knowledge, and to support one another. We ask our members to be respectful and tolerant of others, as we embrace our diversity and learn from our differences.
As Thomas Jefferson said, "It does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are twenty gods, one god, or no god. It neither breaks my leg nor picks my pocket." Similarly, your personal belief system does not matter to HIP Homeschoolers, as long as you are respectful and accepting of others. We ask you to come as you are, with the understanding that others will, too.
We support all homeschoolers and all styles of learning. We offer enrichment classes for children and parents, our new session starts January 2010. We also have park days, field trips, moms' night out, and holiday parties.
